Barefoot Lawyers Nepal (BL Nepal) was officially registered under the Company Act, 2063 BS as a profit-not-sharing organization in 2021. It engages in socio-legal research specially implied, empirical and policy research. It also advocate for the rights of marginalized people, especially Madhesi, Dalit, Janajati social groups, women and other marginalized groups. BL Nepal is emerging as an independent think-tank in the socio-legal sector, with specializing in the issues of bottom of peoples of Nepal. We also provide socio-legal service, legal aid and para legal services.
